In the conditions of the current demographic tendencies of Armenia, the protection of maternal, child and reproductive health, which is also the most important component of national security, has a special role. The main purpose of this work is to study the state of maternal and child health, the volume, content, main directions & dynamics of expenditures made by the state և private sector, especially households, as well as the economic and financial efficiency of expenditures and the correlation with the results: costs & benefits-combination in the light. It is a unique experience to initiate the diagnosis of maternal and child health financing, to assist in the development of targeted programs, and funding strategies in this area.
